Our chef, Megan, makes delicious dishes from various countries around the world that keep our residents happy and healthy! We’re offering up tasty plates from Mexico, Italy, and of course, the American classics like fried chicken, green beans, and mashed potatoes. Residents have the choice between two meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Plus, if you really like a meal, we'll make more like it!

Megan is a seasoned culinary professional with a solid foundation from both education and experience. Megan has trained in all positions of the restaurant, giving her a unique perspective on the hospitality industry. Megan’s hard work, passion, and dedication earned her a management position at Buca di Beppo, with highlights as a travelling training manager. To further elevate her career, she studied Culinary Arts at the Midwest Culinary Institute and she has earned a Certificate in Dietary Management, showcasing her dedication to accommodating a range of dietary preferences. As Culinary Director at Ivy Knoll, Megan brings a passion for cuisine around the world, as well as American classics. She looks forward to creating a diverse variety of flavorful dishes to bring people together at the table each day.
